Parking in Baku

Street parking in the center is paid. Start and stop your session; fines during the rental may be passed on.

Usually 40–60 in cities, 90 on highways, up to 110 on some roads. Fines are passed with official documents.

Roads to Guba, Shahdag and Sheki are good but altitude and weather change quickly. Prefer SUV/4x4 in winter.

Minimum age is usually 21; seat belts mandatory; zero alcohol; AI-92/95 fuel is widely available.
